The NUCCA adjustment is very gentle, yet extremely accurate. Due to the precise measurements calculated from the initial neck X-rays, the amount of pressure needed to move the atlas back in position is as light as checking your pulse.
It does not involve any twisting, popping or cracking of the head or neck. While lying on your side on the chiropractic table, a light contact is made under your ear. Once the atlas is back in its proper alignment, nervous system functioning is restored and healing ensues!
