Which Phase of Care are YOU in?

In this video Dr. Ed discusses which phases of care you go through while under care at UCCRoc. A lifestyle change like eating healthy or exercising consistently can transform your future. Prioritizing the health of your central nervous system is equally, if not more important. If you want to change the trajectory of your life, make Upper Cervical Chiropractic a forever way of life, you will not regret it.

Phase 1: Repair (0-9 months):

  •  Advanced imaging and testing to locate subluxation
  • symptoms are the tip of the iceberg, the disfunction underneath is what we are concerned with
  • specific care plans to have the most impact on your quality of life
  • ligaments, tendons and surrounding tissues of vertebra start to health (minimum 1-2 months)
  • vertebra slowly start to get into better position
  • Nerves begin healing but only 1-2 millimeters a day or an inch a month
  • Even if symptoms go away after the first adjustment remember very healing has happened
  • Just like plants take time to grow with water, healing takes time with chiropractic care

Phase 2: Stabilization (8-18 months):

  • You hold adjustments longer
  • Less adjusting to get a great response from the body
  • You are more adaptable in life and simple activities do not impact you negatively, but rather make you STRONGER

Phase 3: Wellness (life):

  • People Dr. Ed started caring for 10 years ago are still under care
  • Every 5-7 years every cell in your body gets replaced
  • We can monitor changes that come with this replacement over time
  • Trajectory of life has changed and you live your life FULLY EXPRESSED
